The First Year of Marriage Can be Tricky

Relationships can provide one of the most joyful….or painful parts of our lives; sometimes both at the same time.  All kinds of things happen after we get married.  Usually I find people are surprised by changes they did not really anticipate.  Marriage provides the opportunity to get to know ourselves and another at a very personal level. For better or for worse, the changes are often intense.

Often when we marry, we are blending families; or at some point after the marriage, having children.  This develops even more interesting and complex dynamics.  

We all long for good relationships but the path can be illusive.  How would you like a personal relationship that is a supportive, respectful partnership in which you cherish and feel cherished by a special person?
